The Roland Center has a fully functional, 3,000 square-foot cafeteria on premises. Individuals learn various facets of food service operations including: food preparation, cooking, sanitation, bussing, service line and dishwashing. The program pays individuals as it prepares them for restaurant, cafeteria work. Participants also are integrated through our catering service that works with outside businesses and organizations in the community.
